These Terms of Service (also serving as the End User License Agreement, the "Terms") govern your use of this website and your registration for courses, seminars, and certifications offered by We Train Superheroes ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or registering, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. For any weapons-related training, you affirm that you are legally eligible to possess and handle the relevant equipment and are not prohibited from doing so under federal, state, or local law. We may decline or cancel any registration at our discretion.

Registration and payment

Prices are shown per course and may include options, add-ons, or additional-attendee fees. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers, PayPal and Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments), or, where offered, by invoice. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Seats are limited. Unless a specific course states otherwise, cancellations made at least 14 days before the course date are eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations after that window may not be refundable. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability. If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or a credit. Contact us to request a cancellation or change.

Assumption of risk and waiver

Training involves physical activity and, in some courses, the handling of training tools and equipment, which carry inherent risks of injury. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. A separate liability waiver and any course-specific affirmations must be agreed to before participation, and those documents are incorporated into these Terms.

Conduct and safety

You agree to follow all safety rules and instructor directions at all times. We may remove any participant who behaves unsafely or disruptively, without refund.

Intellectual property

The content, curriculum, and materials provided by We Train Superheroes are our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Train Superheroes and its instructors and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in training.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
